The race for supremacy in the formula one season 2018 continues as the competition heads for Russia on September, 30. Lewis Hamilton stretched his lead on the driver’s standings with a win in the Singapore Grand Prix. He is 40 points adrift his arch-rival Sebastian Vettel from The Ferrari camp with only six races remaining to the end of the season. They are followed by Vettel’s teammate, Kim Raikonnen who is closely followed by Hamilton’s teammate from the Mercedes camp, Vallteri Bottas. As the season continues, it is evident that the main contenders are the ferrari and mercedes teams. Drivers will seek to collect maximum points from the Russian Grand Prix in a bid to strengthen their rankings in the championship standings. Lewis Hamilton, who won last year’s championship race intends to register the same performance in the remaining races in order to win the title. Vettel on the other hand will put pressure on Hamilton to ensure he closes the gap between the two title contenders. The answer however, lies on the remaining six races and it is interesting to see which driver will become victorious at the end and which team will take advantage over the rest.
