Cristiano Ronaldo scored a brace in his club’s 2-1 defeat over Sassuolo during this past weekend.These goals were his first since joining juventus from his former club Real madrid where he spent nine years of his career.

He is dubbed as one of the greatest footballers of this generation having received five Ballon d’Or awards and boasts of being the best goalscorer of all top five european leagues in the world.Cristiano played an integral role in helping his former club, Real madrid bag three consecutive Uefa Champions league trophies from 2013-2018.
Considering his move to the italian giants, Ronaldo provides a major boost for the club’s quest to win the Italian Serie A season 2018-2019 and most importantly the Uefa Champions League.They have faced two exits at the knockout stages of the Uefa tournament with last years dramatic defeat by Real Madrid.
